Mountain Rose Herbs is pleased to support many different organizations and events throughout the country and we have made it part of our mission to continue supporting organizations who share similar values as our own.
Due to an overwhelming number of donation and sponsorship requests which can total several thousand per year, Mountain Rose Herbs has adopted the following policies and submission guidelines for all donation and sponsorship requests. The purpose of these guidelines is not to deter donations, but to better facilitate and manage our donation and sponsorship program.
Please read the following information closely, and adhere to these guidelines when submitting your request.

Submission Guidelines:
All donation and sponsorship requests must be submitted using our on-line form. We are not able to review telephone, fax, or e-mail submissions or inquiries. Unsolicited letters and printed information sent through the mail will be recycled upon receipt and will not be reviewed.

Monetary Requests
Every year Mountain Rose Herbs allocates a special reserve fund for charitable and sponsorship requests. For organizations or individuals who wish to receive financial support, requests for such funds must be received at least 12 weeks prior to the event. If your request for funds is not for a particular event but rather your continued work, such donations will be reviewed twice per year after determining our allocated budget.

Non-Monetary Requests
Mountain Rose Herbs regularly donates merchandise to individuals and organizations. For those requesting product donations such as stickers, samples, teas and gift baskets; your request must be submitted at least 8 weeks before you need to receive the materials for your scheduled event.

Acceptable Events and Organizations:
All donation requests will be considered fairly, but at this time Mountain Rose Herbs is preferential towards donating money or goods to the following causes and organizations…..

* Herbal Medicine and Education
* Sustainable and Organic Agriculture
* Environmental Issues
* Local issues or events within the greater Eugene, Or area
