Mountain Rose Herbs, founded in 1987, is a domestic and international botanical products company that fulfills orders through mail order, and e commerce capabilities. We specialize in supplying bulk organic herbs, spices, teas, essential oils and natural body care products to customers worldwide.
Corporate headquarters are located just outside of Eugene, Oregon and our warehouse facilities are located in Pleasant Hill, Oregon.
We are accepting resumes for the following positions.

Customer Service
We are seeking terrific customer service people, and we mean terrific! A friendly, courteous and cheerful demeanor is an absolute pre-requisite, a basic understanding of herbal products is preferred, and you must be skilled in multi-tasked office situations utilizing several technologies. Experience in order processing, computer data entry, and a variety of computer applications including e-mail is required.

Warehouse Assistant
Basic knowledge of filling and packing orders, with a great eye for detail and an adherence to the very best in quality workmanship. Also required is a working knowledge of computer systems (PC environment) and inventory management systems. Our fulfillment center is highly computerized and a basic working knowledge of such technologies is necessary. Mountain Rose Herbs is a certified organic processor and runs a full time quality control department. A knowledge in organic handling and quality control measures is preferred, but not required.
We maintain a strong focus on precise and correct order fulfillment, and placing a priority on the quality of our workmanship is an absolute. Mountain Rose Herbs guarantees a 24-hour process/ship time to our customers and we need speed-fast team members to fulfill that promise!
