1. I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. CAN I ORDER ONLINE WITH MOUNTAIN ROSE HERBS?
Yes! Currently we service the entire global community with the exception of Mexico, Russia and all of Africa. You may shop online as usual and when you are ready to checkout, the shopping cart will provide you with a list of available countries that we are currently shipping to. From here all you have to do is select your country and proceed as usual. On the next screen you will see your shipping rates and if you approve you may continue to checkout and if the rates seem too expensive, you may cancel your order at anytime.
2. MY COUNTRY IS NOT LISTED IN THE DROP DOWN LIST, MAY I STILL ORDER?
Yes! If your country is not listed in the drop down list within the shopping cart, send an e mail to international@mountainroseherbs.com and a representative will contact you with rates, transit times, and methods. If you approve of the rates and method of transit, the representative will process your order accordingly.
3.HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All international orders that are under under 4 pounds will be be shipped Deutche Post and all orders which exceed 4 pounds will be shipped US Postal Service Airmail, and the time in transit for these methods is described in greater detail below. If your order exceeds 200 pounds, we may opt to use our cargo forwarder and customs broker JJ Boyle. For all Canadian orders which exceed 200 pounds we might opt for Canada Freight or another comparable carrier.
4. BULK ORDERS AND EXPORTATION (FOR LARGER 200+ POUND ORDERS)
We work exclusively with JJ Boyle or Canada Freight to guarantee that your merchandise will be delivered in the most timely and economical fashion possible. Orders exceeding 200 pounds may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery and special restrictions may apply. Please contact an International representative for more details at

Please make sure that other forms of documentation will not be required by your government before you order, as we will not be able to provide them. We are not responsible for fees incurred because of refused merchandise and we are not responsible for customs and tariff fees imposed by your country. All of these are the responsibility of the importer.
5. I CURRENTLY HAVE A FEDEX AND/OR UPS ACCOUNT NUMBER. CAN I USE MY SHIPPER NUMBER AS A BILLING OPTION FOR FREIGHT COLLECT?
Yes! If you have a FedEx or United Parcel Service account we can have all charges billed to your account accordingly. just type your account number in the "comments field" which you will see upon checkout, with your request and we will proceed to ship it as instructed. We do charge a $10.00 handling fee on both UPS and FedEx parcels which are shipped using the customers account number.
6. SHIPMENT TIMES
Once you place your order it will be scheduled for shipment within 2 - 3 days. The time in transit varies but this is a fairly accurate guide...
