Due to federal aviation regulations, some liquids classified as flammable or combustible because of low flash points cannot be sent through USPS priority mail. When placing these items in your shopping cart, you may notice your shipping options restricted to UPS ground. These products will be noted in the shopping cart with a shipping restriction notification. Unfortunately, they are completely restricted from being shipped to Canada, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or a PO Box address. Once the noted items are removed from your order, you will be able to check out with any products that do not fall under this regulation. The essential oils that can be shipped to Canada are: Allspice, Amyris, Anise seed, Clove bud, Davana, Manuka, Myrrh, Oakmoss Absolute, Oakwood Absolute, Palmarose, Peru Balsam, Sandalwood, Tuberose, Vetiver.
How will my order be shipped?
All Canadian orders that are 4 pounds or less will be be shipped US Postal Service First Class and all orders which exceed 4 pounds will be shipped US Postal Service Priority, and the time in transit for these methods is described in greater detail below. If your order exceeds 200 pounds, we might opt for a freight carrier.

I currently have a fedex and/or ups account number. Can I use my shipper number as a billing option for freight collect?
Yes! If you wish to use your own UPS or FedEx account number, please provide this to us and we will ship your order on your own account and no shipping charges shall apply. Just type your account number in the "Special Instructions field" which you will see upon checkout, with your request and we will proceed to ship it as instructed.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within the same business day that the order was placed. All orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours, and once your order has been processed, there will not be a cancellation service available.

Duties and Taxation
Mountain Rose Herbs is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Orders Held Up At Your Country's Border and Disposal Issues
While we try our best to deliver your order as described in the order confirmation e mail sent to you, we are unable to guarantee that the parcel will reach you in the exact time frame stated.
Canada Customs can hold your order for reasons that they may suspect as warranted. This usually involves a parcel search, product quarantine, or items within the parcel that may cause some concern with customs officials. These held up orders are not the responsibility of Mountain Rose Herbs and can only be resolved by you and your local postal authorities. In the event that your country's inspection agency quarantines, disposes or otherwise discards material which is not allowed into your country, this will become the sole responsibility of the buyer and, Mountain Rose Herbs will not issue a replacement nor refund for such occurrences. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know what is allowed into Canada and what is not.
