At this time, Mountain Rose Herbs is only processing and shipping orders with billing and final destination shipping addresses located in the United States and Canada.
Canadian Restrictions: Products with restricted shipping to Canada include the majority of our Essential oils line, and all Extracts, Bitters, Elixirs, Tonics and Syrups. Sorry, but we are unable to ship these products to Canada at this time, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please see “Shipping Hazardous Materials” under the Shipping Information page for more info.
How will my order be shipped?
Canadian orders that are 4 pounds or less can be shipped via US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail and all orders which exceed 4 pounds will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. The time in transit for these methods is described in greater detail below. If your order exceeds 300 pounds, you may opt to have your order shipped via your own freight carrier. Please Note: Canadian orders will be shipped with a Commercial Invoice and Customs Declaration Form.

Please make sure that other forms of documentation will not be required by your government before you order, as we will not be able to provide them. We are not responsible for fees incurred because of refused merchandise and we are not responsible for customs and tariff fees imposed by your country. All of these are the responsibility of the importer.
Check Payment Method
Acceptable payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you select the “check” payment method, we must hold the order until we receive payment. Please do not send us a personal check. You may mail either a bank draft or an international money order. Please note that these two methods of payment must be drawn on US funds.

I have a FedEx and/or UPS account number. Can I use my number as a billing option for freight collect?
Yes! If you wish to use your own UPS or FedEx account number, please provide this to us and we will ship your package on your own account and no shipping charges shall apply to your order. During the checkout process simply type your UPS or FedEx account number in the "Special Instructions” field along with the shipping method you wish to use (UPS Standard, FedEx Ground, etc.). We will proceed to ship the order per your instructions.
Submitted orders are generally shipped within 2 - 3 days. The time in transit varies but the following is a fairly accurate guide:

*Delivery time is calculated according to actual "business days" and does not include weekends or holidays. These delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed, unless otherwise noted. Your customs authority may hold the order for inspection.
Additional Considerations For Our Canadian Shipping Services
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within the same business day that the order was placed. All orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Duty and Taxation
Mountain Rose Herbs is not responsible for any duty, taxes or other associated import fees that your government may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Any Canadian taxes and possible duty are assessed and calculated by your government when your package enters Canadian Customs and are collected from you when Canada Post delivers your package.
Orders Held Up At Your Country's Border and Disposal Issues
While we try our best to deliver your order as described in the order confirmation email sent to you, we are unable to guarantee that the parcel will reach you in the exact time frame stated.
Canada Customs can hold your order for reasons that they may suspect as warranted. This usually involves a parcel search, product quarantine, or items within the parcel that may cause some concern with customs officials. These held up orders are not the responsibility of Mountain Rose Herbs and can only be resolved by you and your local postal authorities. In the event that your country's inspection agency quarantines, disposes or otherwise discards material which is not allowed into your country, this will become the sole responsibility of the buyer and, Mountain Rose Herbs will not issue a replacement nor refund for such occurrences. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know what is allowed into Canada and what is not.
