Bulk Packaging

All bulk herbs and spices will be packaged at our discretion in bulk sizes. This means that if you order 2 x 1lb of an herb, for example, it will be packaged in one 2lb bag – not 2 separate 1lb bags.

As a bulk supplier and environmentally conscious company, we find that this cuts down on excess waste due to packaging materials. The cost that would have gone towards those materials are passed on to you as savings.

You may request individual bagging for bulk herbs and spices at any time by including this in the “Special Instructions” box at checkout, or mentioning this at the time you place your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to meet any other alternative packaging requests.

Bulk teas will be packaged in 1lb bags when ordering 4lbs or less, however, 5lb sizes and above will be packaged in bulk, unless otherwise requested.

You can shop 24 hours a day on our online system! For web orders we accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards registered within the U.S or Canada, and checks or money orders. For check orders, we will hold your online order until your payment has reached our offices. You can make a check or money order in U.S. funds only, payable to Mountain Rose Herbs and mailed to our PO Box address.

If you are using a pre-paid gift card (such as a Visa gift card), then it must be registered on the card issuer’s website for us to be able to accept payment.

Phone

For phone orders, please have your complete order ready along with your credit card information. Customer Service is available for phone orders toll free at (800) 879-3337 from 9AM to 5PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Sorry, we are unable to accept orders left on our voicemail system. If you are unable to reach us, please leave us your name and telephone number and we will call as quickly as possible to assist you.

If you prefer to order by mail, you may write the items you wish to purchase on a separate piece of paper or on our convenient Order Form. Please include your name, shipping address and telephone number along with what you wish to order. For mail orders we accept personal checks, money orders, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards registered within the U.S or Canada (NO Cash!). Please allow up to 8 days for first class mail to reach our offices. You may also shop online and select “Check” as your method of payment at checkout. We will hold your online order until your payment has reached our offices. You can make a check or money order in U.S. funds only, payable to Mountain Rose Herbs and mailed to our PO Box address.

For orders placed using our catalog, please note that heavy items, which include 1 and 5 gallon sizes, case quantities of containers, and 5 or more whole pounds of bulk herbs, spices, teas, clays, butters, and wax will be charged shipping based on published UPS and/or FedEx charges. The catalog shipping prices are estimates only, so please call ahead for accurate shipping charges, or you may be contacted for additional payment for shipping costs.

Fax

Please write your order information on a separate piece of paper including your address, telephone number, credit card information, and signature or print out our convenient Order Form.

You may also put a fax order together online. Once all the items are in your cart, simply print it out and fax it to us with the required information.

You may fax your order to (510) 217-4012. You will be contacted by one of our representatives to finalize the order before processing.

Local Pick Up

If you wish to pick your order up directly at our Eugene location, simply mention this to the customer service representative, or select this as an option in your shopping cart during checkout. Please note that our pick-up location is not a retail store and all orders must be placed in advance. Local pickup orders do not incur shipping charges.

All orders must be received by 2PM Monday through Thursday for next day pickup. Orders received by the cut-off time will be ready after 12PM the following business day. Feel free to call us to confirm that your order is ready: 800 879-3337. We look forward to meeting you!

Add-ons & Adjustments

If you need assistance with an order that has been submitted on our website - such as an address correction - please call us immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not able to accept any requests for changes to products or additions to submitted orders. Please review your cart carefully for order accuracy prior to submitting your order.

If your package has already shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground or expedited services, and you find that you need to have it rerouted to a new location, we may be able to reroute the package for you for a minimum $12.00 fee. Please note that this is not available for USPS Priority Mail, and reroute services may delay the delivery of your package. Additional fees may apply based upon the shipping service and the final destination of the package. Please call customer service immediately for details and assistance with reroutes.

Cancellations

Requests for cancellations must be submitted by 3PM Pacific Time on the day you submit your order, and all requests for order cancellations received after this time will not be accepted. We are unable to cancel orders with expedited shipping. If you are unable to submit your order cancellation by the 3 PM deadline, you may return the parcel after its receipt for a full and immediate product refund.
